the system is specially designed for peak loads between 14:00 and 18:00, and can also be expanded to meet the needs of future business growth. All modules covered by the distribution center are designed to be reserved for the middle-level building to meet the needs of further expansion. It has 21 different service levels for customers to choose from, which can enable tech Pacific to provide services to customers within 3h. The accuracy of receiving, placing and picking orders using RF can be improved to 99.9%, helping tech Pacific successfully achieve the continuous improvement of system performance

in order to help tech Pacific achieve an environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient distribution center plan, Dematic has made a balanced and optimal combination of cost control and benefit evaluation for tech Pacific in terms of equipment configuration. Including: order management system; RF and RF scanning devices; Transportation and stacking conveyors; Zone hopping conveyors and additional controllers; Consolidation and sorting system; Through receiving, placing, supplementing and distributing, the RF data communication system provides real-time task management, instructions and system updates to the warehouse management system (WMS); Carton mechanical conveying and sorting system, including zero pressure accumulation, transportation, inclination/descent, empty carton, merging, transfer and sorting conveyor belt; Cartons are stored in real time, which is used to pick the steel frame of the fast-moving minimum inventory unit dispersion box, and to pick the slow-moving minimum inventory unit dispersion box; The pallet shelf is used for storing and storing, and picking the minimum inventory unit of the quick dispersion box and the whole box; Carton packaging equipment; Automatic tape pasting machine; Check the scale; Wheeled equipment; Warehouse management system (WMS); The new distribution center covers a large number of existing equipment, so as to minimize costs

due to the high value of most products delivered by Tech Pacific, the wrong order fulfillment will cause huge losses to these business departments. If there is an error or delayed delivery, the professional customer service team of Tech Pacific will complete the orders of each customer according to the priority. The light weight of the implementation of the new system provides tech Pacific with a very effective tool, which can not only reduce order processing errors, but also make the distribution work at a glance in the tech Pacific distribution center through the new sorting module and conveyor sorting system. the traditional "three conveyors picking" method is realized by a single central power take-off conveyor. Different from this method, it is replaced by a new conveyor module. Two central power conveyors, together with the unpowered conveying rollers on the side, can make orders be sent in and out at the same time, making the concept of regional jump feasible. In addition to the conveyor picking module in the order picking area, there are two forms of order picking that must be unconditionally used: food grade resin. Slowly moving objects are packed in the static frame area and picked at the same time, and then merged and distributed with large pieces of customer orders. Fast moving minimum inventory units and promotional items are picked from pallets in another area. In this way, we can avoid the blockage of conveyor system in the previous distribution center of Tech Pacific
the order picker can be used in different areas and is suitable for all types of picking. In this area, from the full pallet to the conveying carton on the side gravity conveyor channel, orders are directly consolidated and picked. The operator needs to guide 8 conveying channels, each of which has a unique 9-digit barcode (similar to the car license plate). The RF electron gun display screen will recommend one of the four types of standard cartons, and then the operator will get this type of box from the overhead conveyor to optimally match the volume of the ordered object. This minimizes the use of cardboard, air transportation and the movement of individual products in cartons
all orders are picked through RF to identify the serial number of the product, which is completed through the printed bar code label, so as to ensure the accuracy of the order picking process. RF is used to receive, place and pick orders, which improves the accuracy to 99.9%. The realization of this number depends on the automatic detection system, which can automatically confirm the objects in the shipping carton
another important part of the implementation process is to train all employees affected by these changes at each site. Through JF loss control services, tech Pacific implemented an independent audit of the comprehensive monthly manual handling occupational health and safety regulations (oh&s). The project has been approved by the National Security Council and is equivalent to the five-star project of NCA. At the same time, the distribution center has maintenance procedures and planned fault repair projects. According to the service contract signed between Dematic and tech Pacific, two full-time maintenance engineers will be on standby 24 hours a day. For uncommon accidents in major failures, the distribution center has emergency spare parts to ensure that tech Pacific achieves the goal of "zero downtime"

Some examples of key performance indicators can prove that the effect of continuous improvement brought by the system designed by Dematic has well met the needs of Tech Pacific, and has achieved remarkable results in improving customer service and market supply, improving supply chain efficiency, and increasing the value of stakeholders
