The handling principle and scope of electric accidents

electric accidents are also disasters. Serious accidents can endanger the safety of people's lives and property and cause serious losses to the national economy. Therefore, they must be handled correctly and quickly to restore normal power supply as soon as possible

the dispatcher on duty of the system is the commander and person in charge of the handling of electrical accidents. The power plant, substation and subordinate dispatcher on duty should deal with it according to the order of the dispatcher on duty of the system, but the equipment under the control of each operation unit and the troubleshooting and handling of the equipment should be borne by each unit. When dealing with the scene, the leader of the system dispatcher should supervise whether the accident is handled correctly and give corresponding instructions. He should pay attention not to enter the slot with his hands, but through the most direct leader of the dispatcher on duty. During the accident handling process, the shift handover shall be stopped, and the dispatcher on duty shall not be replaced unless special circumstances occur

1. handling principles of system accidents

(1) limit the accident as soon as possible. 5. Operate the development of fatigue testing machine in different environments, eliminate the root cause of the accident, remove the threat to personnel and equipment, and prevent stability damage, system collapse and large-scale power failure

(2) use all possible methods to maintain the continuous operation of the equipment and the normal power supply of important users without interruption or less interruption. First, ensure that the shell and pull rod of the module are made of BASF registered engineering plastic to supply power to the auxiliary power of the power plant and substation

(3) restore power supply to users who have lost power as soon as possible, and give priority to important users

(4) adjust the system operation mode in time and make it return to normal

in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electricity, the dispatcher should make regular accident prediction and carry out anti accident drill according to the weak links of electricity at that time, so as to deal with the accident stably, accurately and quickly

2. Scope of on-site self handling

in order to prevent the expansion of the accident, all operations that meet the following conditions can be handled by the on-site self, and a brief report can be made to the system dispatcher on duty quickly, and then a detailed report can be made afterwards

(1) power failure of equipment that directly threatens the safety of personnel

(2) isolate the damaged equipment when it is sure that there is no possibility of incoming calls

(3) when the equipment is damaged during operation and poses a threat to the system, it shall be stopped or isolated according to the regulations of on-site accident handling procedures

(4) when all or part of the auxiliary power of the power plant is cut off, restore its power supply

(5) the whole power plant or some units are disconnected from the system for some reason, and are synchronized with the system when the simultaneous paralleling conditions are met

(6) others specified in the system dispatching regulations or site regulations can be handled by themselves without the instruction of the system dispatcher on duty

in case of a system accident, the operator on duty of the accident unit shall immediately report the time and phenomenon of the accident, the tripping switch, the abnormal change of the power flow of the operating line, the action of relay protection and automatic devices, the damage of personnel and equipment, the change of frequency and voltage, the number of switch removal faults, etc. to the dispatcher on duty of the system clearly and accurately

during the accident handling, the shift supervisor and the shift leader of the pendulum impact tester of the accident unit should stay at their posts for comprehensive command, and keep in touch with the system dispatcher on duty at any time. If you really want to leave and cannot keep in touch with the system dispatcher on duty, you should designate a suitable person to replace
